One of my crusty friends posted this to Facebook yesterday and I responded. I think this needs more exposure so I’m attaching it to this post along with my comments.

Yeah, I’m OK with that if they opt for term limits, a balanced budget with a plan to achieve it, repaying all the money “borrowed” from the Social Security Fund, permanently fund Medicare and Medicaid for seniors on fixed income, eliminate the IRS and replace federal funding with a flat sales tax to be paid by the state governments on every purchase except food and medicine, and no special interest lobbies for corporations.
